Short version: We use your data to run the event, stay in touch, and enable networking. We do not sell your data. We only share data with sponsors if you register for a sponsored session. You can unsubscribe or opt out of networking at any time.
1. Scope & Data Controller
By registering for any unDavos Summit event or program via Luma, you agree to these Terms & Data Use conditions.

We collect the following data when you register or participate:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation and role
- Event selections and attendance
- Networking preferences
- Optional profile information you choose to provide
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

Event administration Registration confirmation, event logistics, access management
Communications from unDavos Event updates, newsletter, invitations to future programs
Direct offers from unDavos Tickets, memberships, delegations, and related services
Networking via Luma Attendee discovery, curated introductions
Sponsored sessions Where a session is sponsored, your registration data (name, organisation, role) may be shared with the sponsor of that session. By registering for a sponsored session, you consent to this sharing. Sponsors may contact you regarding their services. Sponsored sessions will be clearly identified at time of registration.
We do not sell personal data. We do not engage in third-party advertising.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
- Contractual necessity – to deliver events and services you register for
- Consent – for communications, networking participation, and sponsor data sharing for sponsored sessions
- Legitimate interest – for community continuity and event operations
5. Newsletter & Communications
By registering, you consent to receiving communications from unDavos. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Transactional messages (confirmations, essential updates) may still be sent.
6. Networking & Visibility (Give-to-Get)
Networking operates on a give-to-get basis: sharing your profile enables access to others. You may opt out at any time; opting out limits networking benefits. Some programs (e.g. investor circles, curated delegations) may require networking participation as a condition of entry.
7. Data Processing & Transfers
Luma acts as a data processor and operates under its own GDPR-compliant policies. Where applicable, data may be processed outside the EEA using standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for event delivery, community continuity, and legal obligations—typically no longer than 36 months unless required by law or renewed engagement.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, withdraw consent, request deletion, or object to processing. Contact: hello@undavos.com
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Changes & Governing Law
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Governed by applicable EU, Swiss, and UK data protection laws.

"I agree to the unDavos Summit Terms & Data Use Policy. My data will be used for event communications, optional networking (give-to-get), and direct offers from unDavos. For sponsored sessions, my registration data may be shared with the session sponsor. I can unsubscribe at any time."

Terms and Conditions for Speakers and Sponsors
1. Scope
Applies to all Speakers and Sponsors of the unDavos Summit. Incorporates unDavos Website Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- Speaker: Individual invited or applying to present, moderate, or participate in the Summit. Selection at unDavos’s discretion.
- Sponsor: Organization providing financial/in-kind support in return for agreed benefits.
3. Permissions and Content Usage
Speakers:
- Grant unDavos rights to use name, title, org, image, and submitted materials in promotions.
- Agree that contributions may be recorded, reproduced, and shared across event platforms and archives.
Sponsors:
- Grant use of name, logo, description, and URL in promotional content.
- May review materials; non-response within 5 business days = deemed approval.
4. Data Use
- Public info (e.g., name, title, org) may be used for promotion.
- Private info (e.g., email, phone) used only for logistics, stored securely, not shared without consent.
5. Data Deletion
- Participants may request deletion at any time.
- Sponsors failing to meet obligations (e.g., payment) may be removed from event materials.
6. Intellectual Property
- Speakers: Retain IP rights; grant unDavos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use materials for event purposes.
- Sponsors: Retain ownership of branding; used only as agreed.
7. Liability
Speakers and Sponsors warrant accuracy of information and indemnify unDavos/Orcasci Ltd against claims from submitted content or breach of terms.
8. Changes
unDavos may update terms with 10 business days’ notice. Continued participation = acceptance.
9. Governing Law
England and Wales law applies; exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
10. Acceptance
By selecting “I agree”, Speakers and Sponsors confirm they have read and accepted these terms.
