Abhi Murray
Abhi Morey is a strategic leader with 15+ years of experience across life sciences, diagnostics, and aerospace. As Director of Strategy & BD at Beckman Coulter, he drives growth, M&A, and enterprise transformation, leveraging AI and digital technologies to drive operational efficiency and accelerate innovation. Previously, Abhi led next-generation technology programs at Airbus. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, bringing a global perspective to AI, business strategy, and organizational change.


Guillem Martinez Roura
Guillem Martinez Roura is the AI and Robotics Programme Officer at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the UN specialized agency for digital technologies. He leads strategic initiatives that shape the role of AI and robotics in tackling global challenges, fostering international collaboration on capacity building, standards and governance. His work is dedicated to ensuring that AI and robotics are harnessed to serve humanity and support inclusive, sustainable progress worldwide.


Pascal Kaufmann
Pascal Kaufmann, a neuroscientist by training, is an entrepreneur and founder of the Mindfire Foundation, Lab42 AI Lab Davos, AlpineAI and was co-founder of Starmind Technology. After completing his Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Economics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich) and at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL USA, Pascal Kaufmann worked for the well-known Artificial Intelligence Research Laboratory at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. There, Pascal Kaufmann was involved in numerous projects and conducted research at the interface between machine and brain to uncover the secrets of neural networks and brain activity.


Eva-Maria Hempe
As NVIDIA’s Executive Director of Public Sector EMEA, Eva-Maria Hempe architects AI-driven systemic change to improve government services and defense. Building on a strong foundation in Healthcare & Life Sciences, she partners with ministries to translate strategic vision into scalable execution. An avid rower, Eva-Maria brings the same discipline and focus to defining how AI serves as a force for societal good across the region.


Anna Sophie Herken
Anna Sophie Herken is Member of the Board of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). She has extensive experience in the private and public sector and across industries. Previously, she was Business Division Head at Allianz Asset Management GmbH and served as Member of the Board at Allianz Life (US) and CPIC Fund Management LtD (China) as well as President and Chair of the Board of Allianz Foundation for North America. As part of her international career, Anna was CFO of Hasso Plattner Capital Germany, Managing Director of the Hertie School of Governance GmbH and worked at the World Bank in Washington DC and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. She also worked for the German government in international fora such as a delegate in the context of, inter alia, UN, EC, WTO, OECD. She also serves as a Board / Committee member of various non-profit organizations including the German Business Ethics Network (DNWE), International Rescue Committee (IRC) Germany and Save the Children Germany. She is the founder of the initiative #DieNächste against violence against women. Anna, a German- Swedish national, is a lawyer by training having studied in Germany, France and the US. She also holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge. She has received several awards including the Focus Female Finance Award 2023, the Strive Award, Top 40 under 40 etc.


Dan Toma
Dan is an innovation thought leader and co-author of the award-winning books ‘The Corporate Startup’ and ‘Innovation Accounting’. Puzzled by ‘Why are innovative products mainly launched by startups?’, together with his team at the consulting firm OUTCOME, he focuses on enterprise innovation transformation, specifically on the changes blue-chip organizations need to make to become more innovative.
