Sidney Sampson is a serial entrepreneur and global management executive who builds and scales businesses that solve complex problems across healthcare, education, agriculture, climate, technology, and infrastructure. He is the Founder, CEO, and Global Managing Partner of Sydani Group, a management and consulting firm built to provide high-quality advisory services to governments, development partners, and private-sector enterprises.
Over the past eight years, Sidney has grown Sydani from a one-man startup into a $10M+ annual revenue enterprise, employing nearly 200 professionals and operating across 12 countries and two continents. The firm delivers strategy, transformation, and execution for global institutions, including Gavi, Gates Foundation, Pfizer, US Government, UNICEF, the World Bank, USAID, and national governments, winning and executing complex, high-value projects traditionally led by Tier-1 consultancies.
Sidney has led the mobilization of over $1 billion in capital, led large-scale institutional reforms, and built proprietary data and technology platforms that drive measurable outcomes. He holds an executive certification from Harvard Business School, a Master’s from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and a First-Class engineering degree from Kuban State University, Russia.
