Mara-Elsa Montoya is a Swiss technology advisor with two decades in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems. She leads MNTY Zurich, a technology strategy firm that helps CEOs, founders, and boards turn research into scalable enterprises and market‑leading products.

What defines Mara-Elsa's portfolio career? Coherent leadership across governance, venture, and community: founder and board member of the Association for Swiss Emerging Technologies; co‑founder of a London AI startup applying emotional analytics in hospitality; and founder of CAIEO, a global leadership community with the mission "Embedding a Chief AI Ethics Officer in Every Organisation."
