Laura Herman

Laura Herman is a Partner at Dalberg Advisors and Global Lead of the firm’s Responsible Business Practice, based in New York. She has nearly 25 years of experience in global development across global health, gender equity, and inclusive business. She works with corporations, foundations, multilateral institutions, and NGOs on strategy, partnerships, and private sector engagement to address complex global challenges. Previously, Laura served as Vice President of Strategy and Advocacy for EssilorLuxottica’s Inclusive Business Unit and as a Managing Director at FSG, where she led the Global Health practice. She serves on advisory and governing boards, including VillageReach and the U.S. Pharmacopeia, and is a former term member of the Council on Foreign Relations
