Tallulah Bär

Tallulah Patricia Bär is a Swiss-based Project Manager, Advisor, Moderator, and Connector working at the intersection of executive stakeholder engagement, culture, and impact. She supports institutions, creatives, and communities in navigating complex conversations, partnerships, and questions of long-term responsibility through curated and structured dialogue.

She is the founder of AfroSwissters , a Switzerland-based, women-led platform rooted in the Afro-diaspora, focused on connection, exchange, and long-term community building. Beyond AfroSwissters, she designs and coordinates cross-sector initiatives that bring together individuals, institutions, and partners across business, culture, academia, and policy.

Tallulah has worked with platforms including the Europe-Asia Economic Summit, Credit Suisse, and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of VOLTA Art Fair and Africa Association St. Gallen. She holds a BA in Politics and International Relations and an MSc in African Development from the The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) . Her work focuses on project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and communication, connecting people and institutions to move initiatives from concept to execution in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural settings.
