Alice Bromage is a resilience and leadership specialist with 17 years of British Army deployment experience. She founded Empowering-Success in 2015, providing performance coaching and consultancy to businesses globally, and runs Hawksley International, a security consultancy. She leads resilience retreats in extreme environments including the Arctic. UK Ambassador for the Black Mambas, the world's first female anti-poaching unit. Harvard National Preparedness Leadership Initiative alumna. Advisory roles include Dream Tank, Athena Business School Mumbai, and TinyG counter-terrorism network. Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and Royal Society of Arts.
