Bjørn Rici Andersen

Bjørn Rici Andersen is Executive Vice President at ROCKWOOL Group, responsible for Group Operations and Technology including R&D, engineering, procurement, operational excellence, and supply chain management. He leads the company's green transformation of energy-intensive production processes, focusing on renewable energy sourcing, emissions reductions, and supply chain transparency. Mr. Andersen previously served as Vice President Group Operations and COO at H+H International. He serves on the supervisory board of Scanarc Plasma Technologies. He completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP205) and holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
