Charles-Antoine Janssen is an impact investor focused on expanding access to healthcare and strengthening health system sustainability. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HealthKois, a $300 million India-focused healthcare impact fund, launched in 2025 as the successor to HealthQuad I & II, investing in technology- and AI-enabled healthcare innovations across the full value chain in India and the Global South. Charles also serves as Vice-Chair of UCB and a member of its Audit Committee, following more than two decades in senior leadership roles at the biopharmaceutical company, including Head of Global Business Development and General Manager roles in Europe and India. His work sits at the intersection of healthcare innovation, capital allocation, and economic resilience across emerging and developed markets.
