Dr. Alex Ng

Dr. Alex Ng is President of Tencent Healthcare, where he leads the development and deployment of digital health and AI-enabled solutions to expand access, improve care delivery, and support health system efficiency at scale. A physician by training, he also serves as an Honorary Professor at the University of Hong Kong and is a member of the World Health Organization’s Digital Health Technical Advisory Group. Previously, Dr. Ng held senior roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he led health and innovation partnerships in China, and at McKinsey & Company, advising governments and health systems on reform and transformation. His work focuses on leveraging technology to strengthen health systems and extend care beyond traditional settings
