Elena Mendez-Escobar

Elena Mendez-Escobar, PhD, MBA is Global Chief Transformation Officer at IVI RMA Global, where she leads initiatives to expand access to reproductive care, drive operational excellence, and integrate innovation across global fertility services. Previously, she served as Executive Director of Strategy and Co-Executive Director of the Health Equity Accelerator at Boston Medical Center, and as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising health systems on transformation and access. Elena brings experience in aligning reproductive health services with broader equity, workforce, and long-term population health goals across the life course.
