Esha Gupta

Esha Gupta is Head and Senior Director of Global Public Health and Social Impact at Colgate-Palmolive, where she leads global strategies focused on population health, prevention, and equitable access at scale. She also serves as a Board Member of the WHO Foundation (U.S.). Previously, Esha held senior roles across global health and development, including at Meta, the World Health Organization, Noora Health, Dalberg, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Her work spans public–private partnerships, health systems strengthening, and impact-driven programs across high- and low-income settings. Esha holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and brings deep experience at the intersection of health, productivity, and economic resilience.
