Katy is a global learning and leadership development practitioner focused on cultural transformation through deep listening, storytelling, and practices that build trust and belonging at scale. With over two decades of experience across education, organizational development, and DEIB, she designs leadership experiences that translate human insight into institutional change. At Snap Inc., she manages Dandelion, a global leadership and listening program, and leads external trainings with institutions including Columbia University and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
