Lisa Bechtold

As a Global Executive and Strategic Leader in Risk Management, Governance, Data & AI, and Digital Transformation, Lisa has profound experience in protecting corporate assets and enabling long-term business success. In her current role as Head of Group Risk Management at Nestlé SE, she identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks with an integrated strategic risk perspective on customer, investor and market expectations and growth opportunities across the global organization. Prior to joining Nestlé, Lisa held various leadership positions in Financial Services (Zurich Insurance Group) in Digital Risk Management, Legal and Technology & Operations, including Group Head of AI Governance, with global responsibility to scale AI safely and responsibly. She is actively engaged with the World Economic Forum (Chief Risk Officer Community | AI Governance Alliance). Lisa holds a Ph.D. in International Law and an LL.M. degree in U.S. Business Law (UC Berkeley) and completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
