Marina Gracia is the CEO of IKAI, an AI-powered platform that supports professional services firms in automating high-stakes document development, with a particular focus on proposals—helping them scale expertise without diluting professional judgment.

She spent nine years at Oliver Wyman, advising clients across energy, financial services, and the public sector, and leading projects with C-suite executives, ministers, and board-level counterparts across Europe and the Middle East.

Earlier in her career, Marina was a researcher at MIT’s Space Systems Laboratory, where she worked on space debris removal initiatives, contributing to the design and control of complex aerospace systems operating in highly constrained environments.

Today, Marina operates at the intersection of AI, professional services, and decision-making, focusing on how organizations can adopt AI while preserving the human insight, judgment, and accountability that clients ultimately rely on.
