Marlen Estévez Sanz

Marlen Estévez is an international speaker, legal innovator and thought leader in mediation, leadership and transformation. She is President of Hispanidad Futura, an international non-profit platform connecting leaders across generations, cultures and disciplines to strengthen the global role of the Spanish-speaking world, and President of Women in a Legal World (WLW).
She has participated in several Ibero-American Heads of State Summits and has been a speaker at the WMS, the Council of European Lawyers (CCBE) and International Bar Association (IBA) conferences, as well as at forums at United Nations in New York. She is also a mentor in innovation programs and advisor to governance, AI and LegalTech initiatives.
Marlen teaches at leading universities including IE University, ICADE, UPM and UC3M, and designed the Legal Leadership Program delivered by WLW in collaboration with Harvard Law School. Her work focuses on the intersection of law, leadership, innovation and social impact.
