Mia Drennan is the Founder and CEO of GLAS (Global Loan Agency Services), a London-based independent provider of loan agency and trustee services. With over 20 years of capital markets experience, she built the trustee business at The Bank of New York Mellon and has held senior roles at Citibank, Simmons & Simmons LLP and KPMG before launching GLAS in 2011. Under her leadership, GLAS has grown into a leading global provider in structured finance and debt administration, handling complex transactions and establishing a strong presence across multiple continents.
