Safwan Adam is a self-made business and social entrepreneur whose work spans international commerce, philanthropy, and cross-sector collaboration. Born and raised in East London and trained in aeronautical engineering, he now leads a diversified global enterprise portfolio and an active charitable foundation focused on expanding educational opportunity.

He is the Founder and CEO of Adam Management Holdings (AMH), a multinational group operating across 11 countries and over 30 business entities, with cumulative revenues of approximately £1 billion. AMH’s portfolio includes retail, public-sector accommodation, e-commerce, energy, facilities management, metals, aerospace, healthcare, and education.

Safwan Adam founded the Adam Foundation as his philanthropic vehicle, designed to strengthen national unity by investing in leadership, civic engagement, and community cohesion, ensuring that all communities have the opportunity to thrive and contribute to Britain’s shared future.
