In 2008, Mr. Cicekoglu has founded Sente Foundry located in Chicago, IL USA. Sente Foundry has worked with over 600 start-ups and growth companies in varying roles. Mr. Cicekoglu has also supported local public and private institutions in various countries in establishing design and development of strong entrepreneurial infrastructures. Through Sente Foundry, he has invested in 55+ startups from 24 countries including Türkiye, U.S.A., U.K., Taiwan to name a few. As a partner, at Sente Ventures, he leads investments in energy transition and agriculture, where he provides an interest-only venture debt to deep-tech scale-ups at factory build stage. He is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University, where he studied Industrial Engineering and the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago where he focused his studies at Entrepreneurship and Finance.
