Stefan Weber

Stefan Weber is Vice President and Head of Global Policy, Advocacy and Health Equity at AstraZeneca, where he leads global policy strategy and partnerships focused on strengthening health systems, improving access to medicines, and advancing health equity across therapeutic areas. His work spans pricing and value policy, reimbursement, access models, and public–private collaboration across advanced and emerging markets. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Stefan held senior global and regional policy and market access roles at Novartis, Amgen, and Roche, working closely with governments, payers, and multilateral stakeholders on health financing, pricing, and access frameworks. He brings deep experience at the intersection of geopolitics, market dynamics, and health policy.
