Steph Sharma

Steph Sharma is the Founder and Managing Director of Symbio Strategies and a Senior Executive Fellow with The Digital Economist. She helps organizations strengthen decision systems in complex environments, focusing on governance, metrics, and system-level alignment. As an Associate Fellow of the EuroMed Academy, her academic work is grounded in research on uncertainty and nonequilibrium decision-making.

Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, sourdough baking, flamenco, and responsible international travel with her partner. Her dogs share her enthusiasm for learning through agility and scent work.
