Susanna Pollack is a cross-sector leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing social impact through traditional and interactive media. As President of Games for Change, she leads the organization best known for the annual Games for Change Festival, described by national media as “the Sundance of video games.” Under her leadership, G4C has expanded its global reach through locally led chapters worldwide and education initiatives that engage participants in more than 130 countries. In 2023, Susanna established the Games & SDG Summit and advises UN agencies on integrating gaming strategies to advance the SDGs. As an Executive Producer, she connects mission-driven organizations with award-winning game developers to develop impact-focused media projects with institutions such as the Nobel Peace Center and Bezos Family Foundation. Susanna has been recognized as one of the most innovative nonprofit leaders by The NonProfit Times Power & Influence Top 50 List and the Worthy 100.
