Tisha Boatman

Tisha Boatman is Executive Vice President of External Affairs and Healthcare Access at Siemens Healthineers, where she leads global efforts to expand access to high-quality diagnostics and care while strengthening health system sustainability. With more than two decades of experience across healthcare technology, access strategy, and international markets, she has held senior leadership roles spanning global access to care, regional health system management, and commercial operations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Tisha also serves on the board of Movement Health and has been active in public–private collaboration to link health investments to productivity, workforce resilience, and long-term economic growth. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree from West Point.
