Apoorva Raut

Apoorva Raut is the Chief Technology Officer at RRP Electronics Limited, leading the development and scaling of the company’s semiconductor packaging and advanced manufacturing capabilities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai. She has played a key role in the design, setup, and commissioning of RRP Electronics’ semiconductor manufacturing facility, contributing to process integration, quality systems, and scaling operations to volume production. Prior to this, she led Electro-Optics and Quality Control at RRP S4E Innovation Ltd., driving R&D and product development for defence-grade weapon sights and surveillance systems. Apoorva currently drives technology strategy, innovation, and indigenization, with a clear focus on strengthening India’s semiconductor and defence manufacturing ecosystem and positioning RRP as a globally competitive technology leader.
