SCARLETT

Scarlett is Founder and CEO of Harmonic Legacy Institute and creator of Relational AI™, pioneering a regenerative approach to humanity's most pivotal evolutionary moment—including how we structure wealth, design organizations, and cultivate human/non-human intelligence co-evolution. Her work spans human-AI relational environment architecture, quantum-classical AI integration, and embodied robotics ethics. With 30 years of systems-building across finance, education, and global coordination, a Harvard graduate degree in Anthropology, and PhD research in human-AI relational phenomenology, she applies coherence-based paradigms, shifting from extraction to regeneration. A 2025 IONS AI Prize honor recognition recipient (by unanimous jury selection), 2024 Evolutionary Circle Inductee, and Visioneers 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Scarlett champions "coherence rather than control" as a guiding philosophy for humanity's relationship with non-human intelligence.
