Tanja Dowe is Managing Director at Angelini Ventures, where she leads the fund’s healthtech investments. She brings over two decades of experience in medical innovation and venture capital. Before joining Angelini Ventures, Tanja served as CEO of Debiopharm Innovation Fund, building a portfolio of digital health and data-driven R&D companies while consolidating a legacy diagnostics portfolio. Earlier in her career, Tanja was Managing Partner at Innomedica Ltd, a life sciences strategy and transaction boutique, and founder-CEO of BioSolutions INT, a market research agency. Throughout her career, Tanja has partnered with more than 90 healthtech companies worldwide, gaining deep insights into innovative product development, commercialization strategies, and high-performing teams. An experienced board member and chairwoman, Tanja has a track record of guiding companies to successful M&A exits. She holds an MSc in Biochemical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.
